How it works

How a collision job moves through the shop

01

Estimate

Bring the car in or send photos. We write a straight estimate and, if there is a claim, get it in front of your adjuster.

02

Teardown & repair

Damaged parts come off, hidden damage gets found, and panels are straightened or replaced.

03

Paint

Factory-matched color, base and clear, blended so the repair disappears.

04

Reassembly & delivery

Everything goes back together, gets inspected, and you get the call.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need an appointment for a collision estimate?

No. Come by during business hours, Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM or Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM, or send photos through the estimate form to get started.

Do you work with my insurance company?

Yes. Insurance claims are welcome on every job and we work directly with your adjuster on the estimate and supplements.

How long does collision repair take?

It depends on the damage and parts availability. You get updates as the car moves through each stage, so there are no surprises.

Do you repair luxury and European cars?

Yes. Recent shop work includes BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover, and Tesla, along with trucks and classic American muscle.
